As part of its long-term vision for the stadium and its community facilities, Lincoln City FC unveiled plans for a £1.8 million redevelopment of the Stacey West Stand at the LNER Stadium to improve infrastructure, and create a dedicated space for community programmes.

The proposals included:

A new Community Skills and Education Hub for the Lincoln City Foundation.
Upgrades to stadium infrastructure, water and power services.
Improvements to the appearance of the Stacey West Stand.
The installation of safe-standing sections, subject to governing body approval.
