Sharan Kalsi joins Knights as Residential Property Partner

Knights has strengthened its Residential Property team in Beaconsfield with the appointment of experienced property specialist, Sharan Kalsi.

With 14 years’ experience, Sharan brings a wealth of expertise across all aspects of residential property work to Knights, including traditional sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, right to buy and auction acquisitions.

Known for her strategic and pragmatic advice, Sharan works closely with clients to provide tailored support that reflects their individual needs.

Over the course of her career, Sharan has acted for a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned property investors and developers. She is particularly experienced in supporting developers through the full lifecycle of a project, from site acquisition through to individual plot sales.

Sharan also has experience advising on affordable housing schemes, including shared ownership, as well as high-value residential transactions, delivering an efficient and smooth experience for clients.
