Employment Leadership Forum

We are delighted to host the first Knights Employment Leadership Forum, designed to bring together HR professionals in leadership, strategic and/or decision-making roles

​This first session will provide the foundation for what we hope will become a valued community of professionals navigating the evolving employment landscape together.

​The discussion will focus on a key and developing topic:
The potential implications of the new unfair dismissal service requirements under the Employment Rights Act 2025 — with particular consideration given to the continued use of fixed-term contracts and apprenticeships.

Beyond the topic itself, the Forum is intended to create a trusted environment in which peers can exchange ideas, share experience and build meaningful professional relationships over time.
