Knights encourages all of its colleagues to participate in an anonymous diversity survey in line with SRA’s diversity reporting requirements every two years. The survey is non-compulsory.
The data provided below only includes responses directly submitted by individuals. The 2025 survey was completed by 59% of all Knights’ employees as at 27 June 2025 and therefore is not a complete representation of the business.
