We advised Bicester Motion on two significant new leases, with future mobility companies joining the estate.
YASA, the wholly–owned Mercedes-Benz subsidiary electric motor specialist, has taken a 15-year lease to pre-let three landmark connected buildings for its UK headquarters in the new Innovation Quarter at Bicester Motion.
Bicester Motion has also signed an agreement with Skyports Infrastructure, the leader in vertiport infrastructure for the advanced air mobility industry, to develop the UK’s first vertiport testbed at Bicester Motion.

Impact
A new Rugby flagship store and 35 new jobs
The new vertiport will include a compact 160 square metre passenger terminal and provide a critical facility for testing ground infrastructure and flight operations. It will play a significant role in enabling the next generation of electric, low-noise aviation in the UK.
